Planning for this year’s event is now well underway, and there have been a number of changes since we last wrote to you.
The Armed Forces Re-Union Area will now be situated in between the rear of the Pierhead Building and the Wales Millennium Centre, in which there will be a marquee from which packed lunches will be served and adjacent to this a seating area. Admittance to this area will by ticket only. If you haven’t already done so you can apply for tickets for ENTRY & LUNCH or for ENTRY only, in both cases you will be required to provide the NAMES & DATE OF BIRTH of all members of your party, clearly indicating what type of ticket each member requires, as these are needed for security reasons. Amended application forms are now on the web page but, if you are unable to down load them or require a copy please contact either Dave Morris or Paul Harries, details at the foot of this letter.
A broad outline the day will be as follows, but is subject to change should operational needs arise.
